Additional Information about our Rental Rates

The Rental rates are up to 3 guests, excluding power consumption, final cleaning and 11% taxes (Florida Sales-Tax & Tourist-Tax).

Additional children under the age of 12 are included, each additional person over the age of 12 will be charged 50$ per week (excluding Taxes). The house has enough bedrooms for up to 6 people, and there is a couch in the living room that could be exeptionally used for visitors. We will not rent out the Residence to more than 6 permanent guests.

You are invited to use the grill on the Patio at no charge, but we kindly ask you to refill the propane gas before your departure. The cleaning of the grill has to be done by yourself. If the grill is left uncleaned we will have to charge a 40$ fee for cleaning. A baby highchair, baby flatware and a baby bed are provided by us at no additional cost!

The final cleaning is 130$ (excluding taxes) and has to be paid with the booking. The security deposit is 500$ or 300 Euro and has to be paid in cash or traveller checks at check-in. The water consumption is included in the rental rates, as well as highspeed Internet Access, satellite TV (Top 100 channels) and international phone calls up to a total of 20$ US per stay. Electricity costs will be charged according to consumption at 0,13$/kWh on the day of departure. You will be welcomed by a english speaking housemanagement which will be brief you in the house. For any questions or needs the management will be available for you to make your stay even more relaxing!
