Location of the Residence

Our tropical holiday home is located in the center of Cape Coral, not far from Santa Barbara Blvd. and Veterans Pkwy. You can reach the US-41 in Ft. Myers and the Interstate I-75 in almost no time. Its central location within the Sunshine State Cape Coral is a good starting point for day trips. Take the car to the Everglades or the Boat to Key West in the morning, and you could be home again in the Palmtiki-Residence in the evening.

For shopping you have the choice of Publix, Target, Walgreens and Walmart nearby. Take a left onto Santa Barbara Blvd. - after 1 mile you will find various shops on the right hand side at the intersection of Veterans Pkwy and Santa Barbara Blvd. For „late night“ shopping take a right onto Santa Barbara Blvd. and turn right onto Pine Island Road after 2 miles. Follow the Pine Island Road for some miles - after the intersection of Pine Island Road and US-41 you will find a huge 24hrs Walmart Superstore on the right hand side.

There are many restaurants close to the house that can be reached by car within 2-3 minutes. In addition to that there are delivery services available from Pizzahut, chinese restaurants and many others.

The next shopping malls are also located only a few miles away. You will find the Coralwood Shopping Center on Del Prado Boulevard and the Cleveland Avenue (US-41) offers the Edison Mall, Bell Tower Shops and many many more exclusive malls, stores and outlets.

Cape Coral features thousands of waterfront residential properties on canals and offers a terrific year-round weather, which makes it one of the most attractive communities on the Gulf Coast. The area averages 335 days of bright sunshine each year (the other 30 days are just moderate sunshine). While the summers are very warm, humid and rainy, the winters in Cape Coral are absolutely beautiful.
